有机钼化合物在成品油中的抗磨性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用四球机评价了二烷基二硫代磷酸钼 (MoDDP)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼 (MoDTC)和非活性有机钼等3种有机钼化合物在成品油中的抗磨性能 ,并考察了这些添加剂对成品油腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明 :非活性有机钼和MoDDP在成品油中具有良好的抗磨性能 ,非活性有机钼对油品的腐蚀没有影响 ,但MoDDP会增强油品的腐蚀性 ,MoDTC的加入对成品油的抗磨性能没有改善。 A four-ball machine was used to evaluate the antiwear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in four formulated oils,including molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate(MoDDP),molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC),and sulphur and phosphorus free organomolybdeum.The effect of these additives on corrosion characters of oils were also investigated.The results indicate that the sulphur and phosphorus free organomolybdeum compound and MoDDP have good antiwear properties in formulated oils,the former doesn’t influence the corrosion property of formulated oils,but the latter increases the corrosion property of formulated oils,and MoDTC doesn’t improve the antiwear properties of formulated oils.
