摘要
在中国风险投资尚不发达的今天 ,将风险投资与中小企业融资相结合 ,解决政府主导、配套机构、资金支持、人力保障等方面的问题 。
Now the venture investment in China is still immature. Combining the venture investment with the small and medium-sized enterprises' financing in order to solve some problems such as the government's leadership, the matching institution, the capital support, the human resource guarantee can make the venture investment become the effective path to solve the difficulty in financing for the small and medium-sized enterprises.
