摘要
我国中小企业存在严重的融资困境。融资困境的根源在于中小企业自身的信息问题,解决融资困境问题的途径也应该从解决信息问题入手。资产证券化凭借其精巧的结构,可以大大缓解中小企业的信息问题,从而为我国中小企业融资困难的解决提供一条新的途径。
The existing financing difficulties in small-medium sized firms are due to the asymmetrical information held by creditors and debtors. The way out is to finance capital on the stock market.
