摘要
目的 :了解健康妇女的解脲支原体 (UU)和人型支原体 (MH)检出及药敏情况。方法 :对 90例健康体检的妇女进行支原体培养、计数 ,并对阳性标本做 3种抗生素药敏试验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏、计数四合一试剂盒进行检测。结果 :90例中检出支原体阳性 49例 ,阳性率为 5 4.4%。其中解脲支原体 (UU )、人型支原型 (MH)及 UU +MH混合感染的阳性率分别为 44 .4% (40例 )、0 (未检出 )、10 % (9例 )。解脲支原体 (U U)计数 CCU/ L 10 6时 4例 ,占阳性数10 % ;10 7时 11例 ,占阳性数 2 7.5 % ;大于 10 8时 2 5例 ,占阳性数 2 7.8%。UU、MH对 3种药物敏感性最高的是罗红霉素 (77.8% ) ,耐药性最高的是强力霉素 (77.8% )。结论 :健康体检妇女的支原体检出率高达 5 4.4% ,主要为 UU (81.6% ,40 / 49) ,这些隐匿的感染信息提示临床不可忽视。支原体培养在不同的时间判断结果 ,阳性结果有显著差异。由于U U和 MH对抗生素敏感性不同 。
Objective To determine the UU and MH infection and the drug resistance in women with medical examination. Methods Mycoplasma culture and count were carried out with the samples of 90 women and then the susceptibility of mycoplasma to three kinds of antimicrobial agents were done on the positive samples. The culture, identification, drug resistance and count of mycoplasma were carried out with one complex mycoplasma kit. Results 49 of 90 women infected with mycoplasma, the positive rate was 54.4 %. The positive rate of UU, MH and mixed both infection were 44.4 %(40/90), 0 %(0/90) respectively. The count of UU was CCU/L 10 6 in 4 cases which accounting for 10 %(9/90) respectively. The count of UU was 10 7 in 11 cases accounting for 27.5 %, and the count was above 10 8 in 25 cases accounting for 27.8 %. The highest susceptibility rate of UU and MH to three kinds of antimicrobial agents was Roxithromycin(77.8 %). The highest resistant rate of UU and MH was Dox(77.8 %). Conclusion Mycoplasma infection rate was 54.4 % in women with medical examination, major mycoplasma is UU(81.6 %, 40/49). These hidden infections suggest that it must be attached importance to clinic. The positive result. It is important that the detection of mycoplama and the drug susceptibility assay should be done in one time because of the different susceptibility of UU and MH to antimicrobial agents.
