摘要
目的 :探讨上消化道特殊疾病的内镜治疗效果。方法 :使用仿双腔镜检查治疗 1 56例急性上消化道大出血、胃石症、胃内复杂异物、黏膜下平滑肌瘤患者。结果 :2 0例急性上消化道出血患者经仿双腔镜诊断明确 ,急症止血成功率 95 % (2 9/ 30 ) ;胃石症 1 32例经上述治疗一次碎石成功率 99% (1 30 / 1 32 ) ;胃内复杂异物 1例一次取净 ;黏膜下平滑肌瘤 3例一次治疗彻底。结论 :仿双腔镜简单实用 。
Objective:To explore the effect of superior gastrointestinal diease with endoscopic treatment.Methods: Checked and treated 156 superior gastrointestinal dieases with copying double cavity endoscopy.They were acute superior gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric bezoar ,mixed eyewinker in stomach ,leiomyoma below mucous membrane.Results:Twenty cases of acute superior gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed right, the succeed rate of hemostasised was 95% ,130 cases of gastric bezoar were cured with one therapy (130/132),the mixed eyewinker in stomach was cured by once,3 cases of leiomyoma below mucous membrane were cured with one therapy.Conclusion: Copying double cavity endoscopy was simpleness and practicality ,it was suited to treated superior gastrointestinal special disease.
