摘要
文中介绍了将斯塔克(Stark)电光调制技术应用于CO_2激光器稳频的基本原理与实验装置,并分析了实验结果。实验表明:应用Stark电光调制技术于CD_2激光器的稳频可获得10^(-9)～10^(-10)量级的频率稳定度。
In this paper, the basic principle and the experimentation of the CO_2-laser Stable frequency by Stark electro-optical modulation technique are introduced. And al, so the expcrimentdl result is analged The expeniment shows that 10^(-9) 10^(-10) order frequency stability in thc Stark CO_2-1ascr stable frequency system cam be obtained.
