摘要
本文给出了利用kW级横流CO_2激光(多模)对GCr_(15)等工件表面扫描,从而达到表面相变硬化的目的。还就激光功率、扫描速度等主要参数对硬化及硬化层深度的影响进行了研究。
In this paper, we give the following results. We scan the surface of GCr_(15) by using transverse flowing CO_2 laser (multiple modal) with kW level, and so attain the object of pharechange hardening of surface of metal. Secondly, we study the effect of principal parameter such as power of laser, rate of scaning etc. on the hardening of surface and the depth of hardening.
