摘要
研究了一种CO2 激光表面硬化预涂层用的涂料 ,并将之用于凸轮轴等金属材料的激光表面硬化处理 ,检测了硬化层的热穿透深度、硬度、表面粗糙度等。实验表明 ,这种涂料具有吸收效率高、导热速度快、热化学稳定性好、表面涂层无烧蚀、无溅射、易去除以及其价格低廉、无毒、无害、无污染等优点 。
A kind of coating used in the pretreatment coating of CO 2 laser surface modification is studied.The thermal penetration depth,hardness and surface coarseness of the hardened layer have been examined with the coating used in laser surface hardening treatment.The experiment results indicate that the coating is of merits because it has high absorption rate,high conductivity and good thermochemical stability.The coating has no erosion,poison,pollution and sputtering.It is low-cost,harmless,and easy to remove.It completely meets the demand of laser hardening.
