摘要
危机管理是新兴的管理领域,也是近年来管理研究比较关注的一个热点。企业危机有其规律性,是可以预防和避免的。我国企业、尤其是国有企业在发展过程中,客观地存在种种危机,从而出现管理失控、失范、混乱和无序的状况,有的甚至面临破产。因此,我国企业应树立强烈的危机意识,重视对危机管理的研究和应用,采取有效措施,加强危机预警,减少或避免危机产生危害,以增强企业的适应力、竞争力。
Crisis management is a newlydeveloped area and also a focus in the research of management.During the development of companies,it is inevitable for them to come across many apparent crisis and results in runaway,irregular and disorderly state and even make enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy.However,crisis of enterprise has its pattern in general,so it is possible for us to prevent obviate them.Chinese comparies should pay much attention to the research and application of management in crisis.Through adopting eflective,perfecting the system of crisiswarning,the company's adaptability to the business circumstances,and capability of competing with others can be strengthened.
