摘要
未来经济体制改革应当从资本产权制度改革向产业结构调整及行业开放等方面调整。在农业方面应当围绕土地产权的流动性进行体制改革,而工业体制改革的重心则应当从强化国有企业治理结构和集体企业内部产权体系改革等微观产权结构调整转移到宏观产权结构的调整上。
The focus of Chinese future economic institutional reform should be on the adjustment of industrial structure and the opening of industries rather than on the reform of capital property rights. It is the most important for agriculture to strengthen the liquidity of land property. The heart of the industrial institutional reform should change from strengthening governance structure to adjustment of macroproperty structure.
