摘要
基于现实经济关系和资源配置有效性以及制度结构效应的要求 ,现代市场经济运行需要的产权制度是公有产权与私有产权主体共存、互补和公平竞争的产权主体结构。现代市场经济中的所有制调整 ,只能是一种结构与量的调整 ,并不能取消某种所有制形式 ;现实社会经济运动中的现代企业财产组织制度的创新适应了社会化生产与现代市场经济的发展要求。
Based on the demand of the modern economic relation and the effective use of resources, the system of property right should be the subject structure of property right, in which the public and private property right object co-exist. The adjustment of ownership in modern market-economy can only be in the structure and its amount. It can not abolish a certain ownership form. The renovation of the system in modern economic movement caters to the need of socialized production and modern market-economy.
