摘要
通过对钨极氩弧焊焊缝熔透过程进行研究,提出了一种采用8098微机控制、利用红外检测、能自动根据熔透状态调节焊接参数的焊缝熔深控制系统。完成了I/O接口电路设计、控制程序的编制。实际焊接工艺试验证明:系统运行稳定可靠。
In this paper, through studying on welding penetration process in argon tungsten arc welding, a kind of penetration controlsystem using 8098 microcomputer and infrared sensor has been put, which can adjust welding parameter automatically according topenetrative state. In this system, I/O interface circuit has been designed and control program has been worked out. Practical weldingprocess test prove that the system work stable and reliable.
