自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合铜管的研究

摘要 将自蔓延高温合成技术与离心铸造技术结合,开发了陶瓷内衬复合铜管技术,此技术可在铜管内表面涂敷耐磨性和耐蚀性的陶瓷涂层。为提高陶瓷涂层致密度、韧性和结合强度,并研究了添加剂的影响;实验结果表明,在铝热剂中加入SiO_2、CrO_3,可提高致密度,加入Na_2B_4O_7可提高结合强度,加入ZrO_2可提高断裂韧性。陶瓷内衬复合铜管应用于管坯结晶器,可提高使用寿命,降低成本。 The ceramic-lined compound copper pipe technique has been tapped through combining self-propagating high-temperature synthesis with centrifugal casting technology, in which the inner surface of copper pipe can be coated with a layer of ceramic coating with good wear and corrosion resistance. Aimed at increasing the densification degree, toughness and coherent strength of ceramic coating, the effect of additive is also to be researched. It shows through experiment that: The densification degree of ceramic layer can be increased through adding SiO2 and CrO3 in thermite, and coherent strength can be higher by adding Na2B4O7, Toughness can be better by adding ZrO2. Meanwhile, the tube blank crystallizer can have a longer service life and lower cost by applying ceramic-lined compound copper pipe.
