摘要 研究了离心自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合铜管工艺中离心力和添加剂对复合铜管性能的影响。结果表明 :随着离心力增大 ,陶瓷层的孔隙度降低、压溃强度和压剪强度明显提高 ,离心力超过 2 0 0 G后 ,压剪强度反而降低。铝热剂中加入 Si O2 也可降低孔隙度 ,提高压剪强度。提高铝热剂预热温度 ,可加快铝热反应速度 ,改善复合铜管质量。 A new technology is proposed for the ceramic lining of a copper pipe inner surface by means of self propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS)under the influence of a centrifugal force and additives.The technique is characterized by a large amount of the reaction heat and the centrifugal force applied to the reaction products.With the increase of the centrifugal force,the porosity,the density the compressive strength and the compressive shear strength of the products are improved,but centrifugal force excels 200G,the compressive shear strength of the products is decreased.Adding SiO 2 in thermite,the porosity,the density and the compressive shear strength of the products are obviously improved.Increasing preheating temperature of thermite,the speed of themit reaction squicken,the properties of products can also be improved.
