摘要
土地利用规划是合理配置土地资源的关键。此文分析了当前美国土地利用规划中公众参与、可持续发展、以人为本的特点、产生背景及其经验教训,并对我国土地利用规划中存在的相应的问题作进一步探讨。
Based on the analysis about the public participation, sustainable development, prioritizing human-need in the contemporary land-use planning of United States, the paper studied the relevant issues in the land-use planning of China, and proposed some ideas to solve these problems.
