摘要
目的 通过将新编Well-being生存质量量表 (NWS)与美国医学结局研究 (MedicalOutcomesStudy ,MOS)组开发的一个普适性测定量表 (MOSSF - 3 6)进行比较 ,探讨人群生存质量标准化研究的方法学问题。方法 采用NWS与SF - 3 6量表为调查问卷 ,以福州市 2 72例普通居民为对象进行测量 ,并考核两个量表测量结果的内在关联性。结果 NWS量表具有较高的Cronbachα系数 ,与SF - 3 6量表具有一致的高信度 ,以SF - 3 6量表为效标 ,证实NWS量表的实证效度很好 ;采用因子分析进行量表的结构效度考核 ,各问题条目归因合理 ,表明NWS量表的构建达到行业标准的要求。结论 两个量表之间体现出良好的内在一致性和结果可比性 ,即NWS量表具有与SF - 3
Objective To study a method of standardization study of quality of life by comparing the New Well-being quality of life scale(NWS) with the Medical Outcomes Study Short-form 36(MOS SF-36) scale.Methods Studied subjects consisted of 272 ordinary residents of the Fuzhou city.The two scales of NWS and SF-36 were used as the measures.Results The Correlation between the results of the two scales was studied.The cronbach α of the SF-36 scale was a little higher since the two scales both had high reliability.Comparing with the SF-36,the NWS was confirmed to have a perfect reliability.Constructive vilidity of the two scales were checked by factor analysis,which indicated that each clause was reasonable and the NWS accorded with the professional requirement.Conclusion There were perfect internal homogeneity and outcome comparability,in other word,the two scales had a approximately equivalent practicability.
