摘要
目的探讨SF-36量表用于测定药物成瘾者生命质量的可能性。方法用SF-36和QOL-DA两个量表同时测定154例药物成瘾者并对比分析其信度、效度和反应度。结果QOL-DA的效度、信度和反应度均非常好;SF-36的效度较好，信度尚可，反应度较差。结论SF-36量表只能反映药物成瘾者生命质量中的共性部分，不适于其生命质量的全面测评。
Objective: To study the possibility of measuring quality of life for drug addicts by SF-36 scale. Method the quality of life for 154 drug addicts was measured by QOL-DA and SF-36 simultaneously and the validity, reliability and responsiveness were analyzed. Results The QOL-DA is of better validity, reliability and responsiveness j the SF-36 is of good validity, middle reliability and poor responsiveness. Conclusion The SF-36 scale could only measure tile community of quality of life for drug addicts, it is not suitable for complete measurements of quality of life for drug adLlicts.
