摘要
本文首先探讨了金融市场证券化的内含定义 ,提出并区分了金融市场证券化与资产证券化是两个不同的概念 ,并对国内资产证券化的代表性观点进行了商榷分析 ,继而分析了世界金融市场证券化的趋势和潮流 。
This article discusses the definition of securitization of financial market and then distinguishes it from capital securitization. Then the author analyzes the typical point of view of capital securitization in China and the international tendency of securitization of financial market. In the end, the author put forwards some suggestions for China to further propelling securitization of China's financial market.
