摘要
随着对膝关节半月板功能认识的深入,提倡尽可能保留正常部分半月板。本文报告64例病人74个损伤的半月板,在关节镜下行半月板部分切除术。关节镜下手术对局部损伤小,术后恢复快,对合并损伤或疾患可一次完成手术。对4例再次关节镜下半月板手术原因进行了分析,并对如何保持关节镜下视野的清晰做了探讨。
Seventy-four arthroscopic partial meniscectomies were performed in 64 patients. There are the advantages of small local injuries, rapid recovery and to treat the complieafing injury or disease in one step of operation. The authors analysed reasons of reoperation in 4 patients and discussed how to keep clear visual field under arthroscope.
