摘要
分析45例关节镜内半月板部分切除术的疗效。以术后症状、体征为依据的分数评定疗效标准,其结果为满意18例(40.0%)、良好12例(26.7%)、一般10例(22.2%)、差者5例(11.1%)。探讨关节镜内半月板部分切除术的手术方式及影响疗效的因素,认为手术本身及患膝合并存在的病损是影响疗效的主要因素。
In this artile, 45 cases of arthroscopic partial meniscectomy were reported. According to the symptoms and signs postoperatively, the results of the treatment were, satifactory in 18 (40.0%), good in 12 (26.7%), fair in 10 (22.2%) and poor in 5 (11.1%) cases. The operative procedures and the factors which may influence the results of, treatment were discussed.
