摘要
基于高速高精度数控车床主轴回转系统热特性设计要求 ,建立了高速主轴系统的温度场模型 ,并通过试验验证了模型的正确性。然后以该模型为基础计算分析了主轴部件的温度场分布和主轴热变形 ,从而为主轴部件的热设计奠定了基础。
Temperature Field Model is established for high_speed spindle system based on requirement on thermal property for rotary system of high_speed high_accuracy CNC lathe, and the correctness of the model is experimentally proven. Then, based on the model, the temperature field distribution and thermal deformation for spindle component is analyzed and calculated, which lays a foundation for the thermal design for spindle component system.
