摘要
针对数控车床开机加工精度不稳定,文章提出通过API主轴热变形分析仪、雷尼绍激光干涉仪等仪器对机床主轴热变形、丝杠热变形引起的定位误差进行测量分析,找出导致机床热变形较大的原因,进而采取有效措施降低由于热变形对数控机床加工精度的影响,效果较好。
Aiming at the instability of working accuracy after starting up cnc lathes, This paper introduces a method of reduce the influencing factor by the thermal deformation of ball screw, though measure the ther-mal deformation of the ball screw and the spindle of the cnc lathes, by the renishaw lasers and the API spin-dle measurement system.
