摘要
为了降低土霉素废水生化处理难度,土霉素废水进行资源化利用,对土霉素废水进行化学气浮预处理试验。采用0.02g/L喹啉和0.001g/L磷酸三丁酯(TBP)复合药剂、充气量0.3m3/h、pH6~9、充气孔径10mm-3、气浮时间10min,土霉素去除率达到96%,水收率达到95%以上。结论表明,化学气浮法可有效去除废水中的土霉素,使处理后废水易于生化达标排放,并可回用药剂。处理过程中产生的泡沫产品含有高浓度的土霉素,可作为一般生化出水的抑菌剂。
In order to deal with the difficulty of treating oxytetracycline wastewater by means of biological process and renovate oxytetracycline wastewater,a study on the pretreatment of oxytetracycline wastewater by gas -floatation process has been carried out.The experimental treatment of oxytetracycline crystallizing mother solution was studied, in which the removal efficiency reached to 96%, and the yield of water was above 95% when 0.02g/L Quinoline and 0.001g/L Tributyl-phosphate (TBP) was used as the complex-agent, and the gas flow rate was 0.3mVh,pH 6-9,hole diameter 10mm-3 and the gas-floatating precipitation time 10min.Results show that OTC can be removed efficiently from wastewater by means of this process,and the high quality of the effluent could be obtained in sequent biological treatment.Moreover,gas -floatation agent can be reused.Foam production from gas -floatation procedure, containing oxytetracycline solution with high concentration could be used as bacterium -depressor in the effluent from biochemical treatment.
