摘要
采用水解酸化/接触氧化/CASS工艺处理生物制药废水和少量糖业废水,该废水属高浓度有机废水,毒性大,进水COD达13000~14000mg/L。针对制药生产的不稳定性和糖业废水的水温偏高问题,经筛选后,采用冷却塔/中和池/气浮强化预处理系统。系统运行正常后,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的二级标准,直接运行成本(2.53元/m3)适中。
The combined process of hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation and CASS was used to treat pharmaceutical and sugar wastewater. The wastewater is highly concentrated toxic and organic wastewater, and the influent COD is up to 13 000 to 14 000 mg/L. Based on the instability of pharma- ceutical production and the high temperature of sugar wastewater, through the screening tests, cooling tower/neutralization pond/air floatation pretreatment system was adopted. When the system is normally operated, the effluent quality can meet the second criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The operation cost is 2.53 yuan/m3.
