摘要 以片状锌粉和铝粉为原材料,研究了烧结式富锌涂层的固化影响因素。包括:金属粉与铬酐的质量比、甩液、烘干和烧结工艺参数。根据研究结果确定如下的工艺:涂料中金属粉与铬酐的质量比为8;甩液电压120V,时间30s;烘干温度为80℃,时间为10min;烧结温度300℃,时间为30min。 Factors affecting the solidification of sintered zincrich coatings were investigated with flaked powders of metallic zinc and aluminum as the raw and processed materials. These include mass ratio of metallic powder to chromium trioxide and technological parameters of paint throwing off, drying and sintering processes. A good technology was established according to the results of investigation and the parameters are as follow. Mass ratio of metallic powder to chromium trioxide in the coating is 8, paint throwing off is operated at 120 V for 30 s, drying is operated at 80℃ for 10 min and sintering is operated at 300℃ for 30 min?
