摘要
目的 了解广东省人群高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率并分析其主要影响因素。方法 对 1991年广东省高血压抽样调查 15岁及以上人口共 4 2 899人的资料进行分析 ,其中男性 192 4 0人 ,女性 2 36 5 9人。调查内容包括一般资料、卫生知识水平、主要心血管病史及体格检查四个部分。结果 广东省人群高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为2 6 9%、11 8%和 3 5 % ;男女间没有显著性差别 ;城市高于农村 ,低龄 (15～ 34岁 )人群低于年纪较大者 ;有高血压家族史者高于无高血压家族史者 ;卫生知识水平较高者高于卫生知识水平低的。Logistic分析显示 ,主要影响高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率的因素是年龄、高血压家族史、是否查过血压、职业和卫生知识水平。结论 广东省人群高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率有待提高 ,工作重点应首先放在提高人群测压率和知晓率。
Objectives To investigate the rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in Guangdong population and to analyze their main effect factors. Methods Analyzed data were from hypertension sampling survey in Guangdong population in 1991, including 42 899 (male 19 240 , female 23 659 ) aged 15 and over. The investigation involved four parts: common data, health knowledge level, family history of cardiovascular disease and physical measurement. Results The rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were 26.9%, 11.8% and 3.5%, respectively in Guangdong population. There was no significant difference between males and females. The tree above rates were higher in the urban than in the rural, in younger (age 13～35) than in elders, in the people with positive cardiovascular family history than in those with negatives and higher in those with high knowledge levels than those with low level. Logistic regression analysis showed that the main effect factors on the rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were age, positive hypertension family history, ever been blood pressure measured, occupation and health knowledge level. Conclusions The rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension are expected to improve in Guangdong population. The efforts should be put on increasing measuring rate and awareness of hypertension.
