摘要
目的探讨农村地区高血压病的治疗现状。方法采用问卷形式对我院门诊及住院农村高血压病患者进行调查,并与同期城镇患者对比。结果农村高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率均低,不重视改变不良的生活方式,虽然高脂血症,糖尿病,肥胖少,但靶器官损害多。结论在农村地区加强高血压知识的宣教和普及,以提高测血压率和治疗主动性。
Objective To study the current hypertension treatment in countries. Methods Hypertension patients were investigated by asking, meanwhile compared with those in cities. Results In countries the rates of knowing, curing and controlling hypertension patents don’t are lower. The hypertension patients don’t take their bad habits seriously. Awareness diabetes and fat are lower, but the relative organs are damaged badly. Conclusion The patients should have a good knowledge of hypertension so as to increase the rate of measuring hypertension and activity of treating hypertension.
