摘要
分析了电子政务建设对基础地理信息提出的新需求 ,指出测绘部门应通过不断完善、更新和整合现有基础地理信息 ,对现有基础地理信息数据库进行标准化改造和开发系列数字产品并建成网络化共享服务系统 ,统筹考虑国家级、省区级以及地市级基础地理信息资源建设 ,加强国家对全国基础地理信息资源建设、管理、开发应用以及更新的统一监督管理 ,避免重复建设 。
New needs of Electronic Government (EG) on fundamental geographic information were analyzed first in this paper, and the department of surveying and mapping has been suggested that it should plan the construction of national, provincial and city level fundamental geographic information as a whole by optimizing, updating and integrating existing fundamental geographic information, standardizing existing databases, producing serial digital products and building a networking exchanging service system, in order to strengthen government supervision and administration on the construction, management,application and updating of fundamental geographic information, so that repeated construction can be avoided and dada sharing and dada appliance can be pushed ahead.
