摘要
分析了传统河道蓝线管理的弊端 ,提出基于SQLServer和AutoCAD环境的河道蓝线管理系统的网络构建 ,并详细介绍了其系统设计。
This paper analyzes the limitation of the old management system of the river's blue lines, proposes the construct of management system of the river's blue lines based on SQL Server and AutoCAD, and introduces the design, the realization and the function of that system.
