摘要 目的 :探讨不同条件对大鼠实验性脑动脉瘤模型制备的影响。方法 :35只S D大鼠随机分为两组 ,A组结扎左颈总动脉 +电凝两侧肾动脉后支 +1%的盐水 ,B组电凝两侧肾动脉后支 +1%的盐水。 12周后取大鼠双侧大脑前动脉和嗅动脉 (ACA OA)的分叉处用光镜和组织病理学方法观察脑动脉瘤。结果 :A组 2 0只大鼠共有 12只右侧ACA OA分叉处出现动脉瘤样改变 ,B组 15只大鼠ACA OA分叉处均未见有动脉瘤样改变。结论 :血流动力学改变。 Objective: To investigate the effect of different conditions on the establishment of experimental rat cerebral aneurysm model. Methods: Cerebral aneurysms were induced in rats by ligation of the unilateral common carotid artery, which produced hypertension . Three months later, The junctions of the anterior cerebral (ACA) and the olfactort artery(OA) were examined with a light microscope. Results: 12 Cerebral aneurysms were found in all experimental animal model. Conclusion: Hemodynamic and hypertension may be important factiors of the cerebral aneurysms.
