摘要 肺肉瘤样癌（pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma,PSC）是一种少见的肺部肿瘤,恶性程度高,目前国内外对PSC化疗方案的选择及疗效的报道较少。本文报道1例有远处转移的肺低分化癌伴肉瘤样改变的病例经过2次NP方案（长春瑞滨＋顺铂）治疗后取得部分缓解。
