摘要
提出了对矿工人员进行红外探测和计数的方法 .首先介绍了红外探测和计数系统的工作原理 ,阐述了采用单个探测器的红外系统实现对人体目标从探测到计数的思路、设计方法和可行性试验结果 .试验结果表明 :人体单列行走时探测信号与目标个数一一对应 ;由单个探测器组成的红外系统能同时实现人体目标进、出方向的识别和人员数量的识别 ;红外系统对矿工进行被动式探测和计数 ,工作客观、技术可靠 .该技术可望在矿井生产和安全管理中得到应用 .
In order to know the exact number of coal miners and their distribution under mine pits, it is necessary for the miners getting in or out pits and their main work sites to be counted. For this purpose, an infrared detecting and counting (IDC) system used for miners was developed. This kind of infrared system, in which there is only one infrared sensor, has the functions from the detecting of human bodies to the counting of them. The work principles of IDC system were explained and the design methods of it were introduced. The experimental researches of the technique feasibility for this system were carried out, and the experimental results were illustrated and discussed. The studies show that the signals detected by the system are corresponding to persons who are walking through the detecting field in a row, and the number of the persons and their walking directions can be identified at the same time. Therefore, it is hopeful that the technique of IDC will achieve success and find application in the mines.
