摘要
为了解决现有矿井瓦斯传感器检测精度低带来的问题,基于红外光谱吸收原理,本文设计了以MS-51单片机为主控制器的高集成度、高灵敏度的瓦斯浓度检测仪。它通过液晶显示器显示现场检测的气体浓度,并根据预先设定好的浓度进行声光报警;能通过串口通讯与上位机进行通讯,将存储的多组数据进行进一步分析。实验表明,该系统的测量误差小于2%,具有很高的测量精度,效果良好。
A coal gas detector with the features of integration and sensitivity is developed to solve the problems such as the gas accident in the coal mine.Based on IR-absorption principle,and by using MCS-51 single chip as main controller,the local concentration of methane is displayed by LCD.The sound and light alarm system would respond when the concentration reaches the pre-set parameters.Through the PC serial interface with the MCS-51 Single- chip communication,some stored data could be further analyzed.Experiment results show that the detector has the characteristic of high measuring accuracy,and the measurement error is less than 2%.
