摘要
分析了PTA加氢反应器扩能改造的可行性及其效果 ,介绍了改造前后加氢反应系统的运行情况 ,实际生产分析认为 ,加氢反应器单线生产能力由 45 0kt/a扩大至 70 0kt/a后 ,设备运行安全状况得到彻底改变 ,运行经济性及催化剂寿命较原加氢反应器有很大改善 ,优化调整后的工艺参数为配料质量分数 2 7%~2 8%、反应温度 2 82~ 2 83℃、操作压力 7.4~ 7.5MPa、氢气分压 0 .5~ 0 .9MPa ,预计反应系统生产能力可以达到 40 0kt/a。
The feasibility and effect of the revamping innovation of PTA hydrogenation reactor were analyzed.The running situation of reaction system before and after innovation was introduced. The practice proved that after the production capacity of hydrogenation reactor was increased from 450 kt/a to 700kt/a, the equipment safety, operation viability and catalyst life were greatly improved as compared with the original hydrogenation reactor. The process parameters were optimized as mass fraction of the feed in the range of 27%~28%, reaction temperature 282~283℃, reaction pressure 7.4~7.5 MPa, hydrogen pressure 0.5~0.9 MPa. The reformed reaction system was expected to be 400 kt/a.
