摘要
介绍了PTA生产工艺要点及加氢反应机理。分析了PTA加氢精制Pd/C催化剂损坏和失活的原因,提出了在生产过程中采取一系列稳定加氢反应器操作压力的措施,以避免发生催化剂被压碎事故;并提出了在生产中采取水洗加碱洗操作方法来再生催化剂,以延长催化剂使用寿命。结果表明,D-3065型催化剂的生产能力有很大提高,1kg Pd/C催化剂处理PTA量达到56t,是保证值的1.86倍,PTA产品质量达标。
The production process of PTA and hydrogenation reaction mechanism were introduced briefly. Through analyzing the reasons for the damage and deactivation of the PTA hydrofining catalyst, a series of measures for stabilizing the operation pressure of the hydrogenation reactor were taken to prevent crushing of the catalyst, and a method for regenerating the catalyst by water washing-',dkaline washing was used to prolong the service life of the catalyst, which resulted in a great increase in PTA production capacity of the Pd/C hydrogenation catalyst D-3065. The processing amount of PTA was up to 56 tons per 1 kilogram of D-3065, which was 1.86 times the guaranteed value, and PTA product quality was up to standard.
