摘要
通过采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法,制备了钡铁氧体 BaFe_(12)O_(19)超细微粒。XRD 和 SEM 分析结果表明,在掺入1(wt)%B_2O_3的条件下,钡铁氧体的烧成温度可由900℃下降至700℃,所制得的钡铁氧体微粒颗粒均匀,平均粒径小于100nm。
Ultrafine powder of Ba-Ferrite Ba Fe_(12)O_(19) is prepared by means of polya- crylamide gel.The analytical results of XPO and SEM show that when 1(wt)% B_2O_3 is added and the synthesizing temp- erature decreases from 900℃ to 700℃, the Ba-Ferrite particles present even sizes and the average size is estimated to be less than 100nm.
