摘要
以异丁酸和3-氯丙烯为原料,通过酯化、重排、加成和甲酯化4步反应合成了吉非罗齐的重要中间体2,2-二甲基-5-溴戊酸甲酯,总收率21.4%。其结构经核磁确证。
Isobutyric acid allyl ester prepared by the reaction of isobutyric acid and allyl chloride, underwent the reaction sequence of rearrangement, addition and esterification to yield 2,2dimethyl5bromopentanoic acid methyl ester at an overall yield of 21.4%.
