摘要
研究了几种聚合物分散剂(PEG,PMAA,MN)对微米级ZrO2陶瓷粉体在水中进行分散时的影响。实验结果表明:在各自最佳分散条件下,分散剂MN对ZrO2粉体的稳定分散具有用量少、适用pH范围宽、悬浮液粘度低、粉体无团聚等特点。其分散效果优于分散剂PEG,PMAA。
Effect of several polymeric dispersants(PEG,PMAA,MN)on aqueous suspension of submicron ZrO_2 ce- ramic powder is focused in the study.The experimental results show that the ZrO_2 aqueous suspension with MN disper- sant has many advantages such as low viscosity,little dosage,no agglomeration,wide pH,et al.So the system with MN dispersant excels that with PEG or PMAA.
