摘要
用同时蒸馏萃取 -气相色谱法对天然枣香料的挥发性香味成分进行了定量分析。共测定2 3种香味成分 ,其主要香味成分为 :β -苯乙醇 (2 5 3.79μg/ g)、异戊醇 (6 1.85 μg/ g)、乳酸乙酯 (5 6 .4 8μg/ g)、乳酸 (2 1.78μg/ g)、丁二酸二乙酯 (18.6 3μg/ g)、糠醛 (13.6 1μg/ g)等。并进行了加香试验。结果表明 ,该香料能有效去除卷烟的杂气 ,改善和修饰香气 ,使烟气柔和 ,香气细腻 。
The volatile flavor components in Chinese date extract were analyzed quantitatively by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment (SDE) and gas chromatography. The contents of 23 components were determined, and the main flavor components were β\|phenyl ethyl alcohol (253.79μg/g), isoamyl alcohol (61.85μg/g), ethyl lactate (56.48μg/g), lactic acid (21.78μg/g), diethyl succinate (18.63μg/g) and furfural (13.61μg/g). The experiments with Chinese date extract as cigarette flavor were conducted. The results showed that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and smoking quality of cigarettes was significantly improved.
