摘要
The volatile and semi-volatile components in flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia were extracted by using simultaneous distillation-extraction and extraction respectively from steam and water residue, and the chemical compositions were determined by GC-MS. The results indicated that the components from water residue were different from those obtained from simultaneous distillation-extraction, which were similar to the literature results. The components in water residue contained benzoic acid(6.94%), benzeneacetic acid(5.49%), salicylic acid(1.21%),cis-cinnamic acid(5.35%), trans-cinnamic acid(20.37%), cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(3.96%), trans-p-hydroxylcinnamic acid(1.77%), 3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid(1.66%), cis-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-oic acid(1.19%), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(6.77%), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(2.43%), alpha-(phenylmethyl)-benzeneethanol(4.46%), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(1.7%), 2,6-dimethyl-1,7-octadiene-3-ol(5.29%), (Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid(1.66%), et al. The analysis results showed that flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia is importance plant resource to extract nature perfume, antimicrobial and antioxidant.
