摘要
目的 研究过敏性紫癜 (HSP)患儿血D -二聚体的变化 ,以探讨HSP患儿体内血液凝溶功能的改变。方法 应用ELISA法及反向血凝法分别检测 2 8例HSP急性期患儿和 1 6例正常健康儿童外周静脉血D -二聚体和纤维蛋白降解产物 (FDP)。结果 HSP病例组患儿血D -二聚体、FDP值明显高于正常对照组 (t=3 .88,P <0 .0 1 ;t =2 .41 ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 血D -二聚体检测显示HSP患儿体内存在高凝状态 ,为临床应用抗凝治疗提供理论依据。
Objective To approach the changes of coagulant and fibrinolytic functions in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura by evaluating the plasma level of D-dimers. Methods The plasma Levels of D-dimers and fibrin degradation product were detected in 28 patients with allergic purpura who were in acute stage and in 16 healthy controls by ELISA and RPHA. Results The plasma concentrations of D-dimers and fibrin degradation product increased significantly in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura than those in control group. Conclusion The detection of plasma D-dimers level indicated the hypercoagulable state in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura,which can provide evidence for the anticoagulant therpy.
