摘要
目的:研究pS2在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化Envision二步法,检测91例上皮性卵巢癌组织中pS2的表达。结果:pS2在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性表达率为61.5％(56/91)。pS2阳性表达与ER、PR之间及临床分期、病理学类型及腹水细胞学之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);而与组织学分级无相关性(P>0.1)。化疗不影响pS2在卵巢癌中的表达;pS2的表达与晚期卵巢癌化疗效应之间也无明显相关性(P>0.1)。结论:pS2在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达仍为激素依赖性;在ER、PR高表达及黏液性囊腺癌、临床分期早或腹水细胞学阴性患者,其表达率高(P<0.05);但pS2尚不能作为一个独立指标来预测晚期卵巢癌对化疗的反应。
Objective To study the expression of the estrogen-inducible pS2 in patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma ( EOC ) and its clinical significance . Methods By envision system immunohistochemical staining , the expression of pS2 was investigated in paraffin-embeded tissue of 91 cases with EOC.Results The total positive rate of pS2 in EOC was 61.5% (56/91) .The positive rate of pS2 was higher in patients with mucinous cystoadenocarcinoma, and in patients with early clinical stage and negative cytological examination in ascites or abdominal washing fluid. The expression of pS2 was corelated with ER, PR, but not associated with histopatho-logical grade. Chemotherapy had no effect on the pS2 expression. Conclusions The expression of pS2 in EOC was dependent on estrpgen. It expressed higher in patients with mucinous-adenocareinoma, early clinical stage or cytological examination negative in ascites. However, it can not be considered as an independent index to predict the chemotherapy response.
