摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavims,HPV)是一种小DNA病毒,多种恶性肿瘤的发生与HPV感染有关,尤其是宫颈癌。目前通过分子生物学方法获得的HPV疫苗依其作用效果可分为三大类:以体液免疫为主的预防性疫苗、以细胞免疫为主的治疗性疫苗及兼具体液免疫和细胞免疫的预防性兼治疗性疫苗。 HPV is a kind of small DNA virus, many kinds of malignancies are connected with HPV infection, especially cervical cancer. Up to date, there are three kinds of HPV vaccines acquired by molecular biology techniques : prophylactic vaccine maily inducing humoral immunity, therapeutic vaccine maily inducing cellular immunity , prophylactic and therapeutic vaccine inducing humoral and cellular immunity.
