摘要
在企业流程再造中 ,流程仿真是再造人员对流程诊断及再造前后性能评价的一种重要手段。本文定义了基于Petri网的企业流程形式化模型 ,通过流程仿真的BPR实施过程 ,分析了仿真在再造过程中的作用。结合一具体再造实例 ,画出了企业流程 ,依据再造原则 ,采取对流程仿真结果分析、管理信息系统应用等手段 ,设计了一条组织合理、工作效率高的业务流程 。
In the course of Business Process Reengineering, Process Simulation is a good way for process analysis and performance evaluation between the old and reengineered process. We give the formal definition of Business Process Modeling ,On the basis of the framework of BPR with process simulation. we emphasized th e effectiveness of process simulation. Combination with a practice, we use Petri nets as a tool to plot the old process. According to the rules of BPR, result a nalysis of the simulation and the use of MIS, We get an effective process with reasonable organization.In order to improve international competence it is a good example for our state owned enterprises to take the reengineering measure.
