摘要
企业在实施ＣＩＭＳ的过程中，必然要对企业过程进行再设计。如何进行企业过程的再设计，是实现ＣＩＭＳ全面集成的重要研究内容，也是企业过程重构的核心研究内容。本文从ＣＩＭＳ全面集成的需求出发，基于ＢＰＲ思想，提出了企业过程的形式化表达形式，在此基础上，分析了企业过程再设计的概念和内容，提出了企业过程简化和集成的概念框架和途径，为研究ＣＩＭＳ企业过程再设计的方法提供了理论基础。
It is certain that business processes are be redesigned in the of implezoeat CIMS project in an enterprise. How to redesign business process is a topic for realization of CIMS total integration and also the essential part of Business Processes Reeagiaeeriag(BPR). Considered the requirement of CIMS total integration and based on the principle of BPR, this paper presents the formulation of business process. Then it analyses the concept and content of business process redesign and presents the concept framework of and the general approach to busioess processes simplification and integration as guide for the study roetbodology of business process redesign in CIMS enterprise
