摘要
从河北电网目前二次专业的实际分工看,传统的专业管理分工已落后于二次设备、技术的发展,不能适应综合自动化变电站(简称综自站)管理的需要。从已投运的部分综自站的设备状况分析,众多二次专业的联系越来越密切,一些环节已融为一体,仍然按照传统的专业划分,已无法保障综合自动化系统运行的安全性和可依赖性。在现有管理模式基础上,将综自站二次设备管理进行专业整合、明确分工,逐步整合成一个二次专业,可能是综自站管理的趋势。
According to the actual work division of secondary specialities in Hebei power network,the traditional speciality management can not catch up with the development of secondary equipment and technologies.It can not meet the requirements of the management of SAS(Substation Automation Systems )either.The equipment state analysis of some operating SASs shows that the numerous se-condary specialities are linked together closely.To ensure the safe and reliable operation of SASs,it is necessary to carry out speciality integration for secondary equipment management based on current management mode.
