摘要
论述了河北电网与京津唐电网间的联络线管理系统，描述了该系统的数学模型、设计思想、硬软件开发与运行。系统实现了对联络线有功功率和电量数据的采集、计算、考核、统计、监视和记录等功能。提出了在调度中心建立一套完整可靠的电能量自动结算系统（ＥＡＳＳ）的重要性。
This paper explains the management system of tie lines between Hebei and Beijing Tianjin Tangshan power networks,including the mathematical model,design philosophy,and development and operation of hardware and software of the system.This system realizes the function of acquisition, calculation,checking ,statistics,supervision and recording of active power and energy data of the tie lines. It is important for the dispatch center to establish a complete set of Energy Automatic Settlement System (EASS), the author suggested.
