摘要
采用高精度三维单元对国产DTM 35 0 /6 0 0型钢球磨煤机端盖进行了有限元应力分析。结果表明 ,该型钢球磨煤机端盖在过渡圆角部位截面突然变化处有较大的应力集中现象 ,从而导致端盖产生裂纹 ,在幅值较大的交变应力作用下裂纹加速扩展 ,直至端盖破裂。对此 。
Finite-element stress analysis of end-cover rupture for home-made DTM 350/600 type ball mills has been carried out by using high accurate three dimensional unit. The results show that the phenomenon of larger stress concentration had occurred on sudden variating cross-section at the transit round-corner location of this type of ball mill's end-cover, leading to occurrence of fracture on the said end-cover, and the fracture accelerates to expand under effect of greater amplitude alternating stress untill rupture of the said end-cover. Some improving measures, such as increasing the round-corner radius at location of contacting hollow shaft with the said transit round-corner etc., have also been suggested.
