摘要
通过对球磨机端盖的应力分析计算、现场实测和残余应力的测试等多方面的工作,对DTM350/600型球磨机端盖的开裂原因作了细致全面的分析,得出端盖并非由于强度不够而导致开裂的结论。在此基础上从设计、工艺、检验、安装和运行等各方面,提出针对性的改进措施。这些措施和本文采取的计算、测试分析方法对研究球磨机及其他类似机械的强度问题有重要参考价值。
Based on the calculating analysis, the experimental stress measuring and the residual stress measuring for the endcover of large ball mills, this paper presents the reasons which caused the crack of the endcovers of DTM350/600 ball mill in details. All of these comes to the conclusion that the cracking is not caused by excessive stress. Some counter measures concerning to design, technology, inspection, installation and operation of the ball mills are presented later. The calculating and experimental methods adopted in the paper could be useful to studying the strength problems of the ball mill and other machinery.
