肉鸭日粮亚硝酸盐中毒的血液学和组织病理学研究 被引量:2

Haematological and Histopathological Study of Dietary Nitrites Toxicosis on Meat-type Ducks

摘要 健康樱桃谷鸭 15 6只 ,随机分为 6个组 ,每组 2 6只 ,试验设 6个处理 ,即对照组 ( 0组 )和 5个试验组( 1、2、3、4、5组 )。 6组饲喂的日粮中亚硝酸盐 (以NaNO2 计 )含量依次为 0、30 0、6 0 0、90 0、12 0 0、15 0 0mg kg。试验分两阶段饲养 ,试验结束时 ,每组随机抽 5只宰杀 ,采抗凝血进行血液学分析。剖检观察病理变化 ,计算脏器系数。制作病理组织学切片。结果表明 ,日粮中亚硝酸盐含量超过 90 0mg kg时 ,仅 4、5组部分脏器表现异常 ,心 体、肾 体比值改变极为显著 (P <0 .0 1)。血液中血红蛋白 (Hb)和高铁血红蛋白 (MHb)含量 2、3、4、5组与对照组比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但MHb的绝对浓度并不高。因此 ,日粮中亚硝酸盐含量达到 90 0mg kg时 ,肉鸭健康状况明显受到不良影响 ,建议饲料中亚硝酸盐的无明显作用水平 (NOEL)定为 6 0 0mg kg。 One hundred and fifty-six healthy female C.V.ducklings were chosen after being acclimated one week. They were equally randomized based on a stratified body weight into six groups including a control (0) and five trial groups (1, 2, 3, 4 ,5). The six formulated diet contained sodium nitrite (NaNO 2) 0, 300, 600, 900, 1 200, 1 500 mg/kg, respectively. During the experiment, duckings were weighed one by one and recorded feed consumption weekly. At the end of the feeding, five ducks was randomly taken out of each group, stripped jugular vein, blood samples were collected in heparinized tubes for haematological analysis and histopathological studies. The results showed as follows:.Compared with control, the relative weights of thyroids, hearts, livers and kidneys in groups 3, 4, 5 were significantly higher(P<0.05). Detailed microscopic examination revealed minute changes of internal organs. Hb content, PCV or RBC were decreasing with MHb concentration increasing.It seemed more clearly in later period (P<0.01). It suggested that the nitrites reaching 900 mg/kg in feeds caused poor performance and had ill-effect on health of ducks. The NOEL of nitrite in formula feed for ducks may be 600 mg/kg.
